NEPSAC was established on February 6, 1990, as a non-profit organization. During its first years it was funded only as a social setting detox. In recognition of area needs, growth and expansion was in demand. NEPSAC currently offers social setting detox, residential treatment, transitional care, DUI classes, community support and referral services. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. Staff is always available!

Our Mission

The mission of NEPSAC is to provide quality substance abuse services to the Native Americans and the people of the Nebraska Panhandle and surrounding areas. In offering effective, culturally sensitive, cost-efficient services we strive to improve the dignity of life with measurable outcomes.
