Our Services


Social Setting Detoxification
Intoxicated individuals may come on a voluntary basis and spend 3 - 5 days detoxing. 24-hour staff monitors their withdrawal symptoms and vitals. Individuals are encouraged to continue into the Short Term treatment program.

Short Term Residential
A 28 - 45 day residential program designed for individuals who are unable to remain sober and who need extensive support in a safe, nurturing environment. Clients receive 45-hours of structured programming weekly with group, individual counseling, and alcohol & drug education.

 

 

Outpatient Counseling
Is designed for individuals living in the area that have a need for out-patient counseling. Appointments can be made at either the Gordon or Chadron office.

Court Ordered DUI Classes
Offered as needed. Classes are a total of 22 hours.

Young Offenders Class
A class for minors who have legal problems due to drugs and/or alcohol. This is an 18-hour course.

Aftercare Services
Includes services needed to ensure that the individual completing or returning from treatment receives the support he/she needs. Services include individual, family and couples counseling, and relapse prevention.

 

Referral/Recommendations
In cases where individuals need further assistance or services not offered through NEPSAC. NEPSAC will assist in referring that individual to other sources.

Alcohol and Drug Evaluations
NEPSAC has Nebraska licensed alcohol & drug counselors who can conduct traditional and ASI evaluations and give recommendations for further care.

In-House AA
The Gordon Serenity Group meets at the NEPSAC facility on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m.


In-House NA
Sundays at 6 p.m.

Relapse Prevention Group
Wednesdays from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
