Social Setting Detoxification
Intoxicated individuals may come on a voluntary basis and spend 2 - 5 days detoxing. 24-hour staff monitors their withdrawal symptoms and vitals. Individuals are encouraged to continue into the Short Term treatment program.

Short Term Residential
A short term residential program designed for individuals who are unable to remain sober and who need extensive support in a safe, nurturing environment. Clients receive 45-hours of structured programming weekly with group, individual counseling, and alcohol & drug education. We currently have 8 Short Term Residential beds.

Aftercare Services
Includes services needed to ensure that the individual completing or returning from treatment receives the support they need. Services include individual, family and couples counseling, and relapse prevention.

Referral/Recommendations
In cases where individuals need further assistance or services not offered through NEPSAC, NEPSAC will assist in referring that individual to appropriate services.

Alcohol and Drug Evaluations
NEPSAC has Nebraska licensed alcohol & drug counselors who can conduct drug and alcohol evaluations. Cost of the evaluation is $350.00 which is due at the time of evaluation. Evaluations are also available on a sliding scale fee for Region 1 consumers who qualify under the Department of Behavioral Health Services financial eligibility worksheet.

In-House AA Meeting
The Gordon Serenity Group meets at the NEPSAC facility on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m.

In-House NA Meeting
Sundays at 6 p.m.

Relapse Prevention Group
Relapse Prevention Group is provided for consumers who are receiving Outpatient services through NEPSAC. The Relapse group meets Wednesdays from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
